Partial Planning is designed for couples who want to be actively involved in planning their wedding while having an experienced planner alongside them to guide the process, provide professional expertise, and help bring their vision to life. Together, we’ll thoughtfully navigate the details of your wedding, from design and décor to vendor selection, contracts, budget guidance, logistics, and the overall guest experience.
Beginning six months prior to your wedding, I’ll become the primary point of contact for your vendor team, taking over vendor communication and coordination while continuing to refine the details and prepare for your celebration. Through dedicated planning meetings and ongoing support, I’ll help you stay organized, make confident decisions, and ensure every element comes together seamlessly.

Before Your Wedding
• Open, ongoing communication throughout your planning process
• Six dedicated planning meetings (five virtual and one in-person site visit, or all virtual if preferred)
• Collaboration on wedding design, décor, and overall guest experience

Ongoing Planning & Vendor Management
• Lead planner becomes the primary point of contact for your vendor team beginning six months prior to your wedding
• Ongoing vendor communication and coordination
• Timeline refinement and logistical planning as details evolve
• Final confirmation of vendor logistics and details
• Distribution of finalized timeline to vendor team
• Continued planning support so you feel confident and supported throughout the process
Wedding Rehearsal
• Up to 2 hours of professional rehearsal coordination
• Organization of ceremony processional and positioning
• Guidance for wedding party and family
Wedding Day
• Up to 10 hours of professional coordination coverage
• Early arrival to oversee setup and vendor arrivals
• Full management and seamless execution of your wedding day timeline
• Setup of host-provided personal décor
• Point of contact for all vendors, venue, and guests
• Access to professional wedding emergency kit
• Oversight of all key transitions throughout the day
Optional Enhancements
• Extended rehearsal coverage - $150/hour
• Additional coordination hours – $150/hour
• Additional assistant coordinator for larger guest counts or complex setups - $500
• End-of-night breakdown coordination (up to two additional hours) - $500
